6- Payment and Shipping

All Major Credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express along with PAYPAL and Google Checkout.

  1. PayPal: We accept PayPal and are fully Paypal verified. Payment is required prior an order being processed and submitted in US funds. If paying with PayPal, pay in USA funds using the account "info@Sexyshoesonline.com". A payment confirmation will be emailed to you via PayPal. Sexy Shoes Online is 100% PayPal verified.

  2. E-Check: E-checks takes up to 7 business days to clear up by the bank, we will have to wait until the check clears to ship your items, please take this on consideration when you place an order and request a fast method of shipping.

  3. Discretion: All items are shipped in a plain, unmarked package. The standard method of shipment is FEDEX Ground.

  4. 1st Time Customer: For your and our protection all 1st time orders must be shipped to the billing address of the card, we require this to minimize fraud.

  5. FEDEX: Our default method of shipping for all US orders (Except Hawaii and Puerto Rico) is Fedex Ground, if you would like to have the item shipped to you faster you will have to request that at checkout.

  6. USPS: Our default method of shipping for all international orders is the US Postal Service. Fedex rates are much more expensive but also much faster if you would like to have your package shipped to you via Fedex please request that at checkout.

  7. PO BOXs: Orders to P.O. Boxes, PMB's or APO/FPO s will be shipped only if PREPAID by check or Money Order, and will be sent by U.S. Mail. Click here to use our offline order form. Just fill it up, print it then mail it to:

7- Returns and Cancellation:

Return Conditions

 

Merchandise can be returned or exchanged 15 days after receiving your package, after 15 days to 30 days only a store credit can be given

 

All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects, unless otherwise stated, (i.e., irregulars, defectives, etc.). Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will not be considered for credit. Returns are for merchandise credit only and will be held on account. The only exception and justification for return of merchandise is:

  1. Defective merchandise.

  2. Substitution of styles or colors by manufacturer error.

  3. Delivery of merchandise after confirmed cancellation date without buyers extension.

Steps to Return a Package

  1. You must fill up the following form to obtain a return Authorization # (RA#) before your return your Items. Click here to file an RA #.

  2. All returns without Authorization # will be refused by our front desk.

  3. All Returns must happen before 12 days from receiving the package.

  4. 15% of restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.

  5. 15% of restocking fee will be charged for all refused packages.

  6. Shipping charges are not refundable on return packages.

  7. Due to health regulations, we will only accept returns on bikinis undergarments or underwear that have not been worn and are in original unopened packaging with tags attached.

  8. All orders cancelled before shipping will NOT BE CHARGE.

Cancellations
SexyShoesOnline.com does not accept cancellations. In order to keep our prices low, we cannot offer cancellations. Once an order has been placed, the credit card that is used will be immediately charged and the process cannot be reversed. However, Sexy Shoes Online offers the option of returning an item for a store credit or an exchange.

 

We do not accept any returns on costumes after October 20th.

Refused Shipments

All refused shipments will result in 15% restocking charge plus shipping cost occurred, which includes any customs fees, taxes or duties that may apply to International orders.

Halloween Costume & or Halloween Accessories

Halloween Costume & or Halloween Accessories including Shoes and Accessories ordered with Halloween Costumes cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. They may be returned for an exchange or store credit only! The only exception for a Cancellation is if Halloween Costumes or Halloween Accessories are sold out and not available.

Valentine

Valentine items (items included in our Valentine section, including Shoes and Accessories ordered with Valentine items) cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Valentine items may be returned by February 10th, of the year in question (we must receive them by that date!) for an exchange or store credit only. The only exception for a Cancellation is if a Holiday item or Holiday Accessory is sold out and not available. In that case we will notify you as soon as we can.

8- Shipping Info:

 

We always try to keep most of our products in stock for your convenience, but some time our manufactures run our of stock or we encounter delivery delays for that some items might be out of stock for some time.

We really would like to keep a great relationship between us and you the customer, so we would like to let you know every think up front so you don't have any surprises later, we believe that's why we kept great relationship with our customers through the years. We tell you the facts and we give you all the information up front so you can decide.

 

KEY TERMS:

 

Business Day: it means any week day except the weekend, so if ship a product to you 2nd day on Monday you will receive it Wednesday, but if ship the same product 2nd day on Thursday you will receive it on Monday because Saturday and Sunday does not count as a business day so please keep this on consideration when you place your order.

 

Order Processing: After we receive the order, we prepare your invoice, we charge your credit cart and we get your purchase ready in line for delivery, most of the time that will take up to 2 business days because we work on first come first served basis. If you are an rush or you have an emergency (going out of town please drop us an e-mail after placing your order)
